How do I use peptides?

SimplyChems does not provide instructions, dosage guidance, administration guidance, protocols, cycle advice, or recommendations for human or animal use. Products are intended strictly for lawful laboratory research purposes only.

Are SimplyChems products for human consumption?

No. Products displayed on this site are not for human consumption, animal consumption, injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, veterinary use, or any application involving a living organism.

Are your products FDA approved?

No. Products displayed on SimplyChems are not approved by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease. Website content should not be interpreted as medical advice or product-use guidance.

Do I need a prescription to purchase from SimplyChems?

SimplyChems does not sell products for prescription, clinical, therapeutic, or personal-use purposes. Customers must be 21+, must comply with all applicable laws, and must use products only for lawful laboratory research purposes.

How should I store my products?

Storage requirements may vary by product and research context. Customers are responsible for proper laboratory storage, handling, documentation, and chain-of-custody practices. SimplyChems does not provide personal-use or administration guidance.

Do you provide COAs?

SimplyChems works to provide organized batch documentation and COA access where available. You can check the COA Portal or contact support for documentation-related questions.

Where can I find the COA portal?

The COA Portal can be accessed from the site navigation or directly here: COA Portal.

What if a COA is not listed yet?

Some documentation may be in progress or pending upload. Contact support@simplychems.us with your product and order details if you need help locating available documentation.

Orders
How do I place an order?

Add eligible items to your cart, proceed to checkout, complete the required checkout fields, accept the required terms, and submit your order. Order acceptance is subject to review, compliance screening, payment verification, and availability.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 60 minutes of placing the order. Once review, processing, inventory allocation, packing, label generation, or carrier handoff begins, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Why is my order under review?

Orders may be reviewed for payment verification, fraud prevention, risk screening, inventory confirmation, address verification, or compliance reasons.

Are all sales final?

Yes. Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research materials and chain-of-custody concerns, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted and monetary refunds are not issued except where required by applicable law.

What if my item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing?

Contact support within 72 hours of confirmed delivery. Include clear photos of the product, internal packaging, outer package where relevant, shipping label, and a brief description of the issue. Verified issues may be eligible for replacement or store credit at SimplyChems’ discretion.

Shipping
How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time is processing time plus carrier transit time. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier transit time varies based on service level, destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and peak volume.

Why does tracking say “Label Created” or “USPS Awaiting Item”?

Tracking may not update immediately after label creation or carrier handoff. Carrier scans may take 24–48 business hours or longer depending on carrier operations. A delayed scan does not automatically mean the package was not shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be limited or unavailable depending on destination and compliance considerations. If international shipping is offered, the buyer is responsible for all import, customs, legal, tax, and compliance requirements in the destination jurisdiction.

What happens if my package says delivered but I cannot find it?

If carrier tracking shows confirmed delivery, the order is considered fulfilled. Check with household members, mailrooms, parcel lockers, building staff, neighbors where appropriate, and the carrier directly.

Do high-value orders require signature confirmation?

SimplyChems may require signature confirmation or additional delivery safeguards for high-value orders, fraud/risk flagged orders, or orders requiring enhanced delivery verification.

Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment options may include debit/credit card options, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, and other supported checkout methods shown at checkout. Payment availability may vary.

Is checkout secure?

Checkout is processed through secure third-party payment providers. SimplyChems does not store full payment card numbers.

Why was my payment or order declined?

Payments or orders may be declined due to billing mismatch, fraud/risk screening, payment provider rejection, compliance review, unavailable inventory, or other lawful business reasons.
